i had a wonderful stay at reef playacar beach resort during my recent visit to playa del carmen. the lush tropical gardens and beachfront blew me away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive during our romantic getaway. everything exceeded my expectations from my previous stays in the area.

Our group vacation was a blast! We enjoyed activities like the floating ride and the cheerful multicolored evening. The staff organized great pool games and nightly shows. The vibe was perfect, and the location is close to shopping. Definitely a relaxed spot to unwind with friends!

One downside was the room. there was no coffee maker, which made mornings less convenient. Also, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it tough to stay connected when we wanted to. Just something to keep in mind.

However, the service left much to be desired. there were long waits at the bar with disorganized seating and an early closure of facilities. Dining was disappointing too, as the buffet service was understaffed and chaotic, which marred the overall experience considerably.

The beach was unkept with litter and seaweed. Our room had issues with the TV and required constant resetting. Additionally, the reception staff pushed too many upsells, which was frustrating after a long trip.
